No bookings will be accepted after 10PM for the same day (local time GMT+1). Eklo Hotels welcome you 24/7, all year long.
Rooms are available from 3PM until 10AM the next day. Thanks to the service “Your time ” (3€), you can choose an early arrival (from noon instead of 3PM) or a late departure (until 1PM instead of 10AM).
For each booking that is made, a confirmation number is sent to you.
IF you choose the cancellation option when booking your stay, this confirmation number allows you to cancel or to edit your booking.
When booking on this website, credit/debit card prepayment is mandatory.
We remind our dear customers, that they are not entitled to cancel their stay, as established in the L. 121-20 article from French Consommation Code.
Bookings paid online could not pretend to any modification or cancellation. Payments made could not lead to any refund.
To edit or cancel a stay, the Cancellation option/service (1€) must be chosen while booking the stay. Cancellation requests must be sent by 6PM on the day of arrival, directly to the hotel previously chosen (contact details are available on this website and into the booking confirmation sent by email). The stay will be then entirely refunded (except for the 1€ Cancellation service cost).
If a stay is interrupted, the entire booking payment will be cashed.
Our website displayes EURO prices. Prices are displayed all taxes included, except for the city tax, due per day and per person, which goes to the City, that can be paid when booking the stay or directly at the front desk on the arrival.
Our prices can be changed anytime, but modifications won’t apply to past confirmed bookings, except for legal taxes imposed by the French authorities.
The online payment is made by credit/debit card and via Paybox, which is a secured payment system we subscribed to. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Master Card debit/credit cards. You will be asked to fill your credit/debit card number, the cryptogram and the expiration date of your credit/debit card.
Payments that could be irregular, inoperative, incomplete or fraudulent for a customer related motive will lead to the booking cancellation.
Your booking can only be confirmed and reserved once the effective payment has been received and the confirmation email has been sent.
We inform you that we don’t accept American Express and cheques in our hotels, as established in the n°122.5 Article from French monetary and fiscal Code.
The direct payment at the reception is made only by bank card, you will be asked to present a valid identity card with the same name.
Customers are informed of their rights, if these general terms and conditions are contested, to initiate a mediation procedure or any other alternative mode of disputes regulation.
After trying to solve the problem directly with the hotel, by discussing by phone, email, mail, or face to face, and if answer or solution have not been brought by the 60th day after the first message of complain, customers can write to the Cooperative & associated Trade Mediation, to this address : FCA – 77 rue de Lourmel – 75015 Paris; or on https://www.mcca-mediation.fr.
Customers are informed of the existence of the European Commission online platform on disputes regulations, available on : https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show
Pets are allowed in the hotels EKLO, at an extra cost (3€). They are not allowed to walk around the kitchen and/or the breakfast area. If a damage or degradation has been caused by the animal, the guardian’s liability will be directly engaged.
SAFETY AND RESPECT
Once customers are arrived at the front desk, they will be asked to show a valid ID or passport.
Every traveller who is buying a room for a third person, either online or at the front desk, will see his/her liability directly engaged.
For safety reasons, rooms can not be visited. Our hotels are equipped with CCTV system, closed and secured car parks, secured access and front doors. Eklo Hotels’ team members are at your disposal 24/7.
We wish you could feel like home in our hotels, and so we ask you to respect the equipment, spaces and other travelers as if you were home.
We inform you that any theft, infraction or damage noticed at your departure will be at your charge.
For safety reasons and in order to respect each other, it is strictly PROHIBITED TO SMOKE IN YOUR ROOM.
Smoking in your room could lead to an immediate and definitive expulsion of the hotel, can disturb smoke detectors and is liable to prosecution. Plus, fire alarm is settled to ring for at least 5 minutes once triggered..are you sure you want to wake up everybody in the hotel? 😉
